4AD or 19Nor4AD

What is the difference, use wise (benefits/sides), between 4AD and 19Nor4AD? Or maybe better asked, what is different about 19Nor (since I'm familiar with 4AD).

4AD, as you probably know already converts mainly into testosterone and is reputed to have anabolic activity of its own.

19 Nors convert into nandrolone and somehting else I can't remember at the moment.

Both are decent bases for stacks however, most prefer 4ad as 19 Nors tend to linger in the body much longer, can seriously kill your libido and tend to be more expensive.

One can run both compounds in a transdermal..makes a good bulking stack.
