Test Prop 5x5

Hey guys whats up.

This is my first injection cycle. i will be running test prop only. ive done ph in the past epi and tren. liked my gains on epi not so much the other.
well im going to be running 50mg ed. for 8 weeks. and i was wondering if you guys had any idea on this routine.

ive done the 5x5 before and i had very good results with it (off cycle). and i was thinking that if it worked so good for me before, in theory it should work even better on cycle, and if so should i do it 2 times a day 1 session in the morining and 1 at night. what do you guys think

Do madcow, it's the best for strength. You. 5x5 twice a week, put on 10lbs every set. Then on a 3rd day do 3x5 then go 5lbs above what the weight of your last set of 5x5 is, but for three reps, and then do a follow up set of something that you can do for 8 reps. The next time you do that lift you should do what you did for 3 reps for 5 reps this time.

Sounds confusing so I'll give an example.

Let's say bench

Monday: 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x5, 225x5

Wednesday: 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x5, 225x5

Friday: 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 230x3, 195x8

Following Monday: 190x5, 200x5, 210x5, 220x5, 230x5.

You can apply this to any lift that you want to build strength on. Like squats, powercleans, jerks, snatch, and bench.
