For those with Anabolic minds, I was hoping that some of you in the community could give your opinion or personal results with my following predicament. My current diet is 5-6 meals a day but never under 3500 calories with moderate carbs. My weight is increasing some, my strength is advancing in some areas while it has plateaued hard in others. I ran a mild ph in the past so I am familiar with anabolics/pct/supports and I give them the proper respect.
Desired results- moderate increases in strength and mass, minimizing the fat gain without hindering the mass/strength. Bear in mind that I'm not expecting 15+ lb gains, but I would be thrilled with 10 solid lbs.
I’m still trying to figure out what my next “cycle” should be. I have the following ideas laid out, but nothing liver toxic for the time being.
1. SARM Ostarine
2. Test Enth 500mg 12 weeks
3. Stack some natural test boosters
4. 3 bottles AndroHard
5. 2 bottles Andromass, 1 bottle AndroHard
