recomp cycle recommendations welcome

i am planning on doing a eight week recomp cycle. Goals: gain about 3-5 lbs of lean muscle mass and lean down to about 10% bf.

phs: pp's androhard stacked with dermacrine (recommended dosage for both)
fat loss aid: t3 + ec

other supplements: multi vitamins, BCAA, whey, jack3d and fish oil

pct: sustain alpha plus clomid for 4 weeks and maybe some low dose SARMs S4

training: upper lower split

lower body:
hang snatch: 8 sets of 3 - 4
squats: 6 sets of 3-5 (superset with 3x6-8 pulls up)
snatch grip deadlift: 4 sets of 6
tris/bis: 2x8

upper body:
bench: 8 sets of 3-4 (superset with 3x6 lat pulldown)
incline db press: 4 sets of 6 (superset with leg curls 3x8)
shoulder press: 3x8
arms: 2x8

lower body 2:
hang snatch: 5x5
snatch grip deadlift: 6 sets of 3-5
squats: 4 sets of 6 (superset with 3x6-8 pulls up)
tris/bis: 2x8

upper body 2:
press press: 8x3
arnold press: 4x6 (superset with leg curls)
decline bench: 3x8 (superset with lat pulldowns)
arms: 2x8

cardio: 4-5 times a week. alternate between steady state on an empty stomach and basketball.

the training part is where i need the most critique on. thanks.

Get some anavar if you can, 50mg 4-6 weeks and you will get shredded.

I liked the andohard when i used it, big increase in libido for me and some nice leaning out/hardening effects.
