No, I mean 152 HDL and 41 LDL; last year, my numbers were 150 HDL and 58 LDL. (I had to laugh when I got a warning that my total was over 200. Horrors!) I consider this a testimony to the fact that I was raised to avoid simple carbs, as was my wife. My doctor is an avid high carb advocate, but is beginning to change her mind as a result of my chol numbers and generally outstanding health. By the way, I'm coming up on being 40 years old, and fully intend to look better than the 20 year olds when I go to the Bahamas this coming October. Of course, my 37 year old wife looks better than most 19 year old women even now, for which I am continually thankful.
