Sustain Alpha?!

I have PP sustain alpha and PP formestane. When should i run them for pct? start at same time or should i start one before another?!

you could run them at the same time. did you get the topical sustain, or the lv?

I read the topical is better. I used the lv. it was all right.

should be fine to run the two together though.
