I've also got a 30mL bottle, arrived today. 200mcg/mL
The pills are often 20mcg each. I've seen dosing protocols from 20mcg/day up to 100mcg/day once you're at the max dose.
1/4 tsp is equal to 1 mL so if you want a 50mcg dose then you want 1/16 of a tsp of liquid. tiny amount. A little less than half that again for a 20mcg dose. It's dosed so high in the liquid form that you only need a tiny amount.

Start at 80mcg every 3 days increase by 20mcg untill you see sides. I usually get up to 1mcg per lb of bodyweight. after 2 weeks start takeing 200mg of benedril b4 bed to upregulate your beta 2 receptors. I like to taper back down in the same incriments after results are reached, otherwis i get a withdrawl/crash effect.

you can taper back down if you really feel like it, but that's like the old school thought of tapering off long ester steroids. It really won't make a difference because clen stays in your system for like 35+ hours, it will wear off on it's own. So the size of the last dose is really irrelevant bc your body will take the same amount of time to clear it.

lets say im doing a 2 week on and 2 weeks off cycle. for the 2 weeks on i start at around 20 day 1 and day 2 ill bump it to 40 and then day three 40, day5 60 and so on until i reach a dosing good for me? or or will each dose cover me for 2 days?

First day 50mcg , 2nd 80mcg, 3rd 100mcg. I will either continue to dose 100 or go back down to 80mcg depending on how weak I'm feeling.
If it's your first time and you usually get hit hard by CNS type product then I would definitely start at 20mcg/day and bump up in 10-20mcg increments until you feel comfortable. Be sure to keep your protein intake up high. Clen eats through macro-nutrients like they're nothing. It's next to impossible for me to feel solid, get a pump, or retain all muscle on Clen. It's that potent.

I've tapered down, but its pointless in my eyes. I just started at 60mcg and ended day 14 at 140mcgs...and i had no issues getting off it. If you want to go crazy get your hands on some T3. Love it, but becareful, dont wanna mess up ya thyroid. I wont go over 50mcgs of that good stuff. I went from 25 to 40 and that was it.

Start low and be careful. Drink lots of water and take Taurine because the muscle cramping can get pretty severe.
