What is the best prohormone for a pulse cycle 3*per week?

There is no best PH per say to pulse 3 days a week... Maybe do a m-drol pulse for 3-4 weeks for added size, then get right into an epi pulse for 3-4 weeks to harden and maintain your m-drol gains. IMO

What about it? I wouldnt pulse h-drol; usually takes a few weeks of constant use to kick in. Then again, I wouldnt pulse any compound...

I was not a fan of pulsing, but I am currently pulsing M-drol for the first time. So far, after only 2 weeks (6 doses), I have gained 5 lbs and experienced no sides. I plan to post a summary after the end at 6 weeks. I'll also cover what I am taking on "off" days, which is one of the advantages to pulsing.

On off days, I am taking ZMA before bed and tribulus and milk thistle in the morning. There are different opinions, but at my age ZMA and trib boost my test. I was worried about the yo-yo effect of bouncing between the M-drol and natural test boosters, but I have not experienced any feeling like this is happening. I am new to pulsing, and it just makes sense to me that this will provide maintainable gains with minimal or no shutdown. I also like the fact that I can get three 6-week pulse cycles from one bottle of M-drol.

I didn't like running ATD during my epi pulse cycle, kills my libido. I switched to 6-bromo and that worked fine. AI probably isn't necessary on off days, neither is a test booster, but it's a "nice to have" if you already got one. If funds are an issue, just save it for PCT.

Many love epi, but it did not do much for me. The only side I experienced was shutdown, but I was taking up to 40 mg every day - not pulsing. I did gain strength, and I set a few personal records. My thought with the M-drol is to use a test booster on off days just to minimize (or even eliminate) shutdown. The only sides I feel so far on M-drol is an occasional slight back pump (have taurine for this) and slight lethargy. I do not think that I could handle M-drol on a straight cycle, but I do like this pulse so far.

For a pulse you can go higher than 30mg. My sweet spot was 50mg, 40 pre and 10 post. Also, you can ramp up to 30-50 much faster. For example in week 1 you can go 20 then 30 then 40. I don't know if 20 will do much...

Given your age, weight, and the fact that this is your first cycle, 30 mg seems reasonable to me. I would start at 10 mg week 1, 20 mg week 2, 30 mg after. I would, however, go longer since, in my experience, epi takes 4 or 5 weeks to fully kick in. I would not hesitate to run a low-dose epi pulse for up to 6 weeks.

You always need post-cycle therapy to keep your gains, but in my opinion you will not need a SERM unless you experience gyno. Most people posting here believe in using a SERM after every cycle; I have NEVER used a SERM, have never had gyno, and generally keep all of my gains. For PCT, I use things like natural test boosters and ZMA. I also continue using milk thistle, hawthorn berries, and saw palmetto. I personally do use an AI, and I actually liked Novedex XT (Gaspari) the best so far.

Everyone reacts differently, so you just have to experiment and see what works best for you. Having a SERM on hand is reasonable until you see how you react and how susceptible you are to gyno. As you likely already know, epi is often used to combat gyno, so it is probably not going to be an issue.

I thought on a pulse cycle there was no need for pct, that the days off were sort of like an infused pct, by letting the body reset itself, am I wrong here?

My personal opinion is that a SERM is not required after a pulse cycle, and the PCT required is minimal and depends on the substance used. For me, M-drol is much more harsh than Epistane is, so I will use a little more on PCT. The other plus with pusling is that the gains are slower and are therefore easier to keep in PCT.

With regard to strength gain while on Epi, I did have an increase in strength, and I believe that most report an increase. I am experiencing a similar increase in strength with this M-drol pulse that I got from my straight Epi cycle. My next cycle will be M1,4ADD, which will be very high in strength increase.
