After doing a lot of research and discussions with various people on here, i feel this is the best cycle for me.
My goal is basically is to add 5 lbs of LBM and drop about 10 lbs of fat...
Very Clean Diet....Under 30 grams of Sugar a Day
40/40/20 Diet, and ill have carb up days once in a while.
Cardio 3 - 5 x a week
Weights 5 - 6x a week
A lot of Pre Fatigue Workouts, to kill the Muscle fibers early
I will keeping full log, so Be Ready for Monday Stats will be recorded and Pics

when i did it i started clen at day 1 of the orals. and kept it through PCT.

make sure u have enough joint support for this. it will be very very dry
Im Taking Liv 52, Cissius, and 10 mgs of Omega 3,6,9 a day, Glutamine, along with a B-Complex and MultiVitamin.....and 1 1/2 Gallon of water a day
I know these will be very dry and lean gains, its what i want...
Im very flexible and my joints and bones are in very good condition...
Let me know if anyone has any other info they would like to share with me

IMO, 40mg Nolva is too much...maybe start w/30 and taper down.
Example: Day 43-49 = 30mg, 50-56 = 20mg, 57-68 = 10mg
Or, if you're hellbent on 40mg, maybe try a "kickstart" period of 40mg for a couple days. Two weeks of 40 is too much (IMO).

I must say...I am new to the whole pro hormones/designer steroids....I have done Gear back 6 years ago, when i was stupid and wish i knew what i know now....but... S-drol and Pplex is more toxic then H-drol and Epi....
S-drol has more wet gains then H-Drol
What im doing is very dry gains, hence why i need a lot of support for joints and other....
I would also only do Gear again if i ever got under 10 % , and i feel S-Drol is very Toxic from what ive been reading..if i would ever do S-Drol, Id Rather Pin
I feel work your ass off, and when you have hit a plataeu, or just cant hit that next step then ok, do gear...

I must say, i couldnt wait to hit the gym today..the blood was flowing...and when i was there i felt like a god...Took 45 seconds between sets, no herky jerky motions, kept to great form and had a great work out...I felt more strength and more endurance than normal today...No Pain, No Side Effects Yet..Diet is great...i will give u more info on diet at a later time..i basically eat the same **** every day..but spice it up...

Unique, enjoying following your journal. I noticed you bench pressed 20 lbs more on the 3rd set today getting 265x5. This was 20 lbs more than your 3rd set of 245x6 last week.
What made you start your 1st set at 225x12 versus 185x12 last week? Did you just feel that much stronger or you experimented adding 40 lbs to your first set just for ****s & giggles?
How much would you estimate your bench max has gone up in just a week?
Could you give an approximate count of your caloric intake/macronutrient breakdown that you decided on for the rest of your cycle?
I notice the weight going down on subsequent sets for isolation exercises like the shoulder db press/leg curls, but up on compounds like squat/bench? Is this intentional? How long are you resting between sets on both types?
I just increased cause i felt the 185 didnt do much for me...and 265 why not ya know
Max Bench..I prob could get up low 3's right now..I hate to Max...I aint in a competition, and i dont want to hurt myself just to say i put up this weight...As long as im getting stronger, and feel good thats all that matters to me
Calorie wise, im still tweaking and debating but i need about 32-3400 calories for maintenance
Im actually going to try 3000 cals at 350pro, 225carbs, 80Fat
which is 1400(45%) , 900(30%), 700 (25%)....Also debating on Carbing up once a week, when im not doing any weights
I also weigh everything to the gram and nearest 1/8 of an oz...Call me nuts, but i believe to follow a great routine it consists of the following 50% Diet, 25% Working Out, 25% Sleep
All the protein will be from Eggs, Egg Whites, Cheese, Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, 93% FatFree Beef, Protein Shake, Almonds, and Peanut Butter
All the carbs will be from Oatmeal, Yams, Mixed Veggies, Apples, Bananas, 15 Grain Bread, Brown Rice, Sugar Free Choc Pudding, MM Protein Shake, and Reduced Fat Cheese It's (if i need to cheat a lil), oh and the occasional animal cracker in my protein shake ( i dont know maybe i like to see lil zebras get blended up in my PS..Weeooowww)
All Fat is from Cheese, Omega's (15 grams), Almonds, Peanut Butter, and the occassional piece of salami
As for Weigh Increasing for Compound Vs Isolation
- Most of my Compounds are done Early in my routine so part is a warmup Ish, and isolation im lifting less weight so the gradual change will be less, and im mostly stronger on the 1st couple of exercises, so i try to push myself and reach new goals.
If i can get 12 reps out of something (2 sets in a row), i try to increase the weight on the last set and if i can get 8 out, ill start with that weight next time.
I also am a sucker for perfect form, i dont sway, i dont cheat, i dont even like spots to be honest with you.
once every 6 weeks i do all negatives...and Destroy my body...I feel those are just insane for your body, but you cant do them all the time, because ur body wont heal fast enough...
Rest between sets 60 Seconds, Rest between change of exercise 90 Seconds...I want my heart rate to be high, and i dont want my muscles to get lazy, always moving...most of the time im jumping up and down between sets in the beggining, by the last set, i can barely move..but thats what i want...when i leave the gym i want to leave everything there...no ahhh i shoulda done this, coulda done that...NO..Thats BS...Don't Let It Happen
There will be cardio today, because my legs are sore, and i feel like my body needed a lil more sleep....Back today at Noon Weeeeoooowwwww... Then work

Original Weight 199 (Jan7th) Now 201.4 (Jan13th)
Body Fat % (Caliper) - 33mm (Jan 7th) - 13.8%, Now 31mm (Jan13th) - 13.2%
So Increase of 2.4 lbs, and Down .6% Body Fat for the 1st week...Ill Take it
Strength Increases Noted as well, and im Fuller and my abs look better....Couple of Comments in the Gym, "Bro, i thought u said u werent going to juice", "Yo, What the Phuck u on", "****, if i didnt have a BF, I would love to see you naked", that was my favorite one, Weeoooww...after 10 weeks i might let her see it
Carbs will be lowered, so i would think a bigger Decrease of BodyFat is in order

how much would you estimate your bench strength has gone up, if any, since cycle start? I know that would require you to estimate what you could have put up on a good day prior to h-drol, but do you think you have progressed at least 5 lbs already?
Would you say you could have done 65x12 on the shoulder db press when you first started or could the 5lb jump be attributed solely to h-drol. I am anxious to see if you get 70s in your next workout. That would be phenomenal progress, coz jumps like that on db press would normally take several months for an experienced lifter.

My question is did you do precycle bloodwork? I'm only asking because you are running two methyls, albeit mild ones but nevertheless two methyls.
I was considering running Hdrol and Epi, but I am actually logging Hdrol and Tren currently. I have enough hdrol and epi to run that as my next cycle, or possibly the cycle after the next one so I can switch it up. I'll be following this closely, you seem pretty close to my size and BF%.
The only thing i can tell you for sure is that weight goes up a lot easier than it did before...Shoulder strength has increased for me greatly, but i my joints always used to hurt me and now they dont, im using the super cissius so that might be a factor.....and yes..im going for 70s next shoulder workout, hopefully i can do 10, 8, 6 and i would be stoked.....Keep watching..

Blood work i had done about 6 months ago for everything known to man from diseases to heart to everything...Im a well oiled machine.....I smoked for 13 years started when i was 12, quit 25 months ago, so i wanted to see if my body was all healthy......Everything was fantastic, im debating on getting work done in 3 weeks to see how **** is going...i will keep u informed...
As long as i dont drink and drink a **** load of water and keep up on my supplements i should be fine...hopefully...we shall c...I have not experienced one bad side yet..Knock Knock...Perhaps a lil tender in the lower back during a workout, but thats all...All i know is Im Amped all the time.....Workout and info to come in a lil bit...need to eat Weeeeoooowwww

I was planning on doing cardio this morning, but i considering i was at the gym 3x yesterday, i slept in a lil bit and gave my body a lil extra time to grow...When i woke up, my body was starving for food so i fed the beast...today was great, happy as a pig in ****...rushing around like a jackass though...had to get bindings for my board, and gym, and work and bla bla bla...regardless i had to rush my Back workout but it was still awesome...and here it is

Day 8 - 75 Mgs H-Drol
Went Snowboarding..No Gym, No Cardio..well besides Snowboarding..But Hurt my calf...Figures.....I work out 2x a day, and then i go snowboarding and hurt myself.....Love it...Wooo Hoooo....Due to Snowboarding didnt get all my meals in, but i prob took in about 2500 cals, maybe a lil more...Thats it For today...No Sides..Nothing...Just Angry..but that was because my phucken Oil Burner Decided to stop running..woke up at 2 Am at 58 degrees in my house...NOT COOL...Its fixed now..but still..NOT COOL
