difference in chemical names

I was doing some research and noticed that there some differences in the chemical make up of H-drol and oral turnabol. this being H-drol
4-chloro-17a-methyandrost-1,4diene-3-17b-diol

and this turnabol

4-chloro-17a-methyl-17b-hydroxyandrosta-1,4-dien-3-one

the biggest difference is the diol part of hdrol, would this not make it true turnabol but rather a precurser hormone to it?

and what do you guys make of the "one" at the end of turnbol and the lack there of in H-drol?

plus turnabol has hydroxyandrosta where as H-drol has methyandrost

Are these really the exact same?

Its simple. They are not the same thing. H-Drol is just "close" to OT.

no wonder people say OT kicks in sooner then H-drol and OT you typicly only need 40 to 50mg but H-drol around 75mg
