Absolutely destroyed it today. Focus was off the charts and at a whole new level. I finally got all 10x3 at 215 and it was barely a struggle today. My visulization between sets was down to the core. I would see the reps from internal to external. My form was much improved.
Since I took yesterday off it was time to add in the assistance work. I tore through these exercises with minimal rest. By the time I got to the DB Laterals the pump was freakin' awesome, so I decided to run the rack on the final set squeezing as much blood as possible into my delts. It hurt, but the after effects were damn worth it.
I've decided to add 10 more mins of cardio to keep the fat gain to a minimum and sweat out some of the excess water from last nights refeed.
