    Thanks, things really started to clean up ... I did some bad eating this weekend but I was very active so I am thinking more improvements this week. Actually I feel a bit overtrained ... I am pleased with those pics though....

  17. Well I was feeliong like shyte so I grabbed a couple oranges and 150 grams of almonds and ate them and I feel much better... I might be undereating a bit. I know Epi-v eats speeds up your metabolism. I may have been too cautious based on my experiences during the contest. Another factor would be that I am using up energy fighting off this cold...

    Yah I am fighting the bronchitis is kicking in now but I have dealt with this a million times, I just do what I can and let the chipps fall where they may ... so far I have not missed a beat.

    going to try for some pics today I am looking very striated, I think the folks at the company picnic were impressed I was looking very tight yesterday...
