Discovered this today. It tastes absolutely amazing.

Blend:
  • 8 oz almond 'milk'
  • 2 tbs natty pb
  • 4 tbs ground flax seed meal
  • 4 splenda packets
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
375 calories, 14.6 g fiber, 7.3 net carbs

Indeed; 29g I believe.

Just started the Metabolic Diet today. This seemed to quell my cravings for sweets.

I do this shake almost every day, except Mine is :

ALmond milk
2-4 tbsp Fitnutz PB
1 tbsp sf ff choc jello pudding
1-2 scoops whey protein.

* sometimes I'll add a little bit of sf ff vanilla pudding mix as well.

Ice, blend and ENJOY!!!!

Sounds like solid advice. I am only going to have one carb up day per week. Using P-slin and oats to help with the process. I'm going to try to put the reins on my binging; have only one or two meals where I go wild. I might try to choose what I am going max on during the week so that I am less likely to get lost in a feeding frenzy come the carb up.
