Guys, I'm working on this now. I need everyone that posts reciepes to add the macros as I dont have time to look all of them up. Once I have everything in word format, I'll send out to some users to help with the layout of the final version and then I'll post it in a new post here.

  3. I am working on few recipes now that will likely not be complete before you put this out. Will you have updates or is this a one time deal? Great Idea BTW

Post em up or send them to the email addy. Surprisingly, there isnt much in it as of yet. I thought there would be more interest in it, but apparently there was not. I have around 20-30 in it now with macros (dont forget to post these).

  5. this is such a good idea i will keep checking back here to see when its done

  6. I got some more recipes that I guess I'll put up. Especially since the burgers I posted went over so well

  7. not really a recipie but thought I would share...

Lately I have been mixing a container of blueberry yogurt(lite) with my buckwheat pancake batter...pretty damn good.

I have tried it mixed with some sugar free maple syrup as well instead of the batter...I dunno I like it.

All, again, I am putting this togather for FREE. Remember, post something for the cookbook, but make sure to include macros and I'll add it into the word document. Once I feel I have enough, I'll post up the word document for everyone to grab. You can also email me at anamindscookbook@gmail.com to get me the stuff for the cookbook.

  11. wow what a great man to offer it for free

There was a word doc released years ago that had a compilation of stuff on it, but who knows where that is now..

  21. So do you have any idea were it may be? Or do you still have it on your computer? Because I'm always trying these recipes on here.

I dont have it on my computer anymore as my home PC was fried months ago.. Would have no idea if anyone still on the board would even have this anymore.

My suggestion would be to have someone go through the threads and make another one since there seems to be a renewed interest in it.

  23. haha never noticed when it was from. Well I would still love to see it if anybody has it saved or something. Thanks again

  24. Would buy this for sure.. I REALLY need bulking recipes for meals I can make on Sunday (that will last throughout the week)..

  25. ill give it a bump

  26. id buy!

  27. People are dieing for a solid cook book like this.

  28. Having a cookbook like this would be a great resource.

It's really too bad one was made but lost. Was it sent out to other members or were you the only one with a copy? Is the email address you created dead or would it be possible to forward the emails so someone else could take on the project?

    Just an idea.

  29. If you guys set it up by macros or organized meals by cals i.e. dinner from least to most i'd buy one in an instant.

  30. Ill bump this to see if anyone still has it

  31. Id be into that for sure

  32. Id be up for it too. I would put it together enough people were up for it and emailed the recipes, just like tattoo did it a couple years ago

  33. Where's the old one??

  34. I am actually working on a cookbook currently but it is for personal use. Basically I love to cook and try new stuff out and whatever I like I save it in a file I have and planned on making it into a pdf and print a copy for my house when Im done. I will be more than happy to contribute to the cause here.. let me know if you still plan on working on this tattoo
