Pink Panther Shake Recipe
4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 dl Raspberry Jam
5 dl Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with fresh or frozen berries.

1 large apple, cored and sliced
1 large stalk of celery
½ cup kale, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ tablespoon ginger
8-10 ounces water
Blend until smooth.
Try it with your powerful blender.. It is one of my favorite green smoothie recipe aside from making shakes consider making smoothie..

French toast protein shake
8oz skim milk
6 crushed ice cubes
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup of quick oats
One serving of vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients without the protein first for 15-25 seconds then add in proteins and blend an additional 15-20 seconds
