18.5 gram scoop sounds pretty potent too. Anyone know how much vitamin shoppe will be selling it for would like to get my hands on some asap! Also says eat with food first few times would I be getting not as much out of it if I eat food every time (don't think I can go into a workout without some food in me )

Not sure what Vitamin Shoppe will be, I bet near the higher end of 38-39 would be my guess but not certain. You can preorder it right now from certain places if you want it ASAP! Ha

I think that's more for the stims and actives effect people and possibly their stomachs. I wasn't given this instruction and pretty much had zero problems on almost nothing in my stomach.
The only thing is stims may not be as potent with food. You could work around that with taking it 30 min or so before preworkout meal or 1-2 hours after a meal. Really up to you. It has Aminos in it so that's a plus.

The above is true it is going to be a staple. I had two great workouts on the sample and have been craving it ever since lol
I like that it gives you the preWorkout boost with stuns and such BUT also has Aminos, full dose creatine and other ingredients that will help recovery and muscle building overall.

they're both great tasting to be honest and i always HATE the way pre workouts taste.

purus punch might have a slight edge though in regards to taste.
