the one thing i dont like is how all these muscletech pros advertise all these products, and they all act like its what they used to look like that. i mean its irony at a basic level, but still i think its bs

I think that if someone wants to believe that they can achieve any type of build just by following what someone else tells them, without actually doing some research themselves, then hey, that's on them...

If a 25 year old Arnold walk through this door right now and said "here, take this and you'll be ....ZXXXXX", i'd be like wtf is in this? Then i'd research it and THEN i'd take it or NOT...
