  2. Wednesdays are "off days"

    Did 5 miles on the recumbant for some unwanted pounds management while trying to add the good stuff...

    Cut Mondays Bicep work short so I did some preacher curls and standing DB hammer curls.

    Took measurements and pics today while I am only 3 days into cycle and no noted changes have occured. I will post that stuff up tomorrow as I have a throbbing headache at the moment and need some shut-eye...


    Quick question - Should the consistency of the Turinabol be the same as the Dermacrine? The Derm comes out much like they picture on the site for a "worm shot" while the T-Bol is much more fluid. I am wondering if there is any need to be concerned. Both are kept in the refrig and both are shaken before measuring out the dose.

    If I had known that Cycle Support powder was the also Life Support caps, I would have gone the cap route for sure!!!! Lessons learned.

    The t-bol smells EXACTLY like the white out correction liquid to me and I imagine it tastes the same as well. As much as I am not crazy about the Cycle Support powder, I use it to mask the taste of the T-Bol LV!!!!!!

    Apparently I enjoy the "poopy" taste over the t-bol "grape white out mixed with death" flavor....

  5. Day 4 of the cycle... Nothing to note yet.

    The guy I hit the gym with had a meeting so I had to go solo. Makes a few lifts a bit tough and I am not doing skull crushers to failure with out a spot... ;-)

    Shoulder and Tricep day - (note-rehabbing right shoulder)

    DB Shoulder Press warm up 20x12 // 25x12 - 30x12 - 40x5 (might have gotten another two but right shoulder said NOPE.)

    Side Latteral Raises warm up 12x12 // 15x10 - 20x8 - 20x9 (yes, sad)

    Low Pully Delt Raises (cable) warm up 12.5x10 // 17x9 - 12.5x8 (shoulders said done)

    Reverse Pec Deck warm up 50x10 // 70x9 - 90x8 - 70/60/50/40/30/20 drop set

    Tricep Push Downs warm up 52x12 // 62x12 - 72x5 - 62x12

    Skull Crushers 45x12-12-10-8

    Seated DB Tricep Overhead Press warm up 40x12 // 50x10 - 60x6 - 70x5 - 55x6 (two more reps at 70, felt good)

    Did a few sets of body weight dips to failure (at this point that was reps of 5 - 6).. Burned em up....

    Still have the outstanding question: Should the consistency of the Turinabol be the same as the Dermacrine? The Derm comes out much like they picture on the site for a "worm shot" while the T-Bol is much more fluid. I am wondering if there is any need to be concerned. Both are kept in the refrig and both are WELL shaken before measuring out the dose.

    I am going to leave this answer to one of the guys who have used both.

  7. Day 5 on cycle...

    Feeling pretty good actually... I have noticed a slight change in "fullness" and or "hardness" of muscles. I am finding that if I work something really good on say Monday, I have the sense of a true pump for days... I like it. I have noted a slight increase in strength but again nothing crazy and could be attributed to pouring my soul into this cycles success.

    So... LEG DAY...

    Warmed up on a bike for a bit and hit it.

    Leg Extensions warm up 110x12 // 150x12 (up 2 reps) - 160x12 (up 2 reps and 10 pounds) - 180x10 (up 2 reps and 10 pounds)

    Hamstring Curls warm up 80x12 // 100x12 (up 2 reps) - 130x10 (up 10 pounds) - 150x6 (up 10 pounds but down 2 reps)

    Squats (Smith Machine) warm up 105x12 // 195x8 - 195x8 (up 1 rep) - 195x9 (up 3 reps)

    Stiff Leg Deads 85 x 10-12-10 (back not loving me)

    Hack Squats warm up 80x12 //130x12 (up 4 reps) - 140x10 (up 2 reps and 10 pounds) - 160x9 (up 2 reps and 10 pounds)

    Seated Calf Raises (each) 70x30-30-30

    Calf Press (on hack squat machine) 195x20- 165x20-20

    Again, the numbers are not going to make most green with envy but they are going in the right direction and I can live with that...

    I just went ahead and asked for you - yes, the consistency of the Turinabol should be about the same as it is for Dermacrine if they are both liqua-vade. In saying that, there is never going to be 100% the same consistency across all products and product batches, so if there is some difference, I wouldn't let it bother you, especially if both are refrigerated and shaken well pre-dose.

  22. Week 2 of the cycle started today. Some notes on how I feel or have felt. I have had some headaches but think those can be attributed to my reading glasses and the need to have my eyes checked again. I am a 42 year old that has all the desires of a 20 year old male HOWEVER seem to be tired / preoccupied / etc most of the time. The past week this has been a very different story. Wife has been pretty OK with this cycle so far, as have I. I feel pretty "on" in the gym even with out a prework out stim. My recovery is improved from work out to work out AND betwen sets. Weights have started to move up as have reps.

    All in all I am VERY happy. If I keep my diet in check there will be NO issue growing. I am not sure when the growth starts to show but vascularity has improved for sure.


    Monday is Chest day:

    Decline BB Bench warm up 115x12 // 135x10 - 185x6 - 205x5 - 135x12

    Flat DB Bench warm up 50's x 12 // 60's x 8 - 60's x 10 - 70's x5

    Incline DB Fly warm up 20's x 12 // 30's x 8 - 40's x 6 - 40's x6

    Peck Deck to totally burn my chest up with sets to 12 and then 2 drop sets.

    Preacher Curls with reps to 12

    Lying Cable Curls with reps to 7-8

    DB Hammer Curls with reps to 8-10

    Called it a night and felt dang good about it.
