Ok folks, after a 3 month hiatus from training because my Dr said I had to stop lifting and focus on cardio. I have hereditary cholesterol issues. Well I dropped 30lbs in 3 months and a good chunk of that was muscle. My strength fell through the floor. Went from/to
Bench 380/300
Squat 565/450
DL 490/415

It's depressing to say the least. I did 5/3/1 to get to those first numbers. Thinking I'm going to jump right back to that but just wanted to see if you folks had anything else in the way of strongman training that is a good or better strength /muscle builder.
