    inzer or apt

You are looking into powerlifting so I suggest buying a quality belt you can use in a competition. inzer has some great deals. I have a single prong forever belt and I love it. It is a little more than 20 bucks but it lasts FOOORRREVVVEERRRR

APT has a leather belt for like 19.99 and thats what I use now. I would suggest though that you just save up and get a good quality belt, I personally just got the $20 one because I out grew my old one and I am waiting for the new ones to come in stock.

i got a cheap nylon one that secures with velcro. Dont know if its any better than a leather belt, but it gets better adjustment than the leathers with belt holes
