hey guys starting a cycle of var and just wanted to know if while on cycle that AI's Cycle support formula is enough to protect my live or do i need to add more??? also when are the best times to take the 2 servings also b4 or after takin the var?? Cheers Bizza

You might want to post this in the "steroid" grouping to get more relevant help on the topic. This thread is for post cycle therapy - which should really be your main concern of you're going to do an Anavar run.

To answer your question directly, you should preload whatever your liver protection will be 2 weeks before you start your cycle, whether that is CS or Milk Thistle... Good luck dude.
