For a PCT of Epi I was thinking about adding either Restore by ALRI which combines the cortisol blocker and AI portion of a pct or taking 6-oxo for my AI and Retain2 for the cortisol blocker. So should I take 2 separate supps like 6-oxo and Retain2 or put it all into 1 such as Restore?
