In week one of my pct for protomax I've been taking nolva as planned but unexpetedly got my Dr to proscribe it for me. My question is it better to split dose when taking tabs or should I be taking at same time? I'm only day 3 but have been taking one lunch one dinner 10mg tabs. Also he gave me 10mg when I asked for 20mg and only gave me 30. So I have liquid also so I'm gonna use the pharmacidical stuff first then use the liquid the last week. And I'm also running daa and erase will start in week 3.
