    cant really find anything on the net about this but

    its 30.4

    norm ranges are 2.3-19.4

    how do you get this back to normal?

    Could try yoga to relieve stress.

    When did you get the test taken. Cortisol can spike in the morning and after a workout.

    morning and didnt eat at all for like 8 hours or w/e

    Yup, what I figure.. To test cortisol correctly you need to do it multiple times per day.. Like BP..

    Dose Vit c:
    1g morn
    1g noon
    1g evening

    Cortisol will be suppressed.

  6. Make sure you take 1g of vitamin c after your workouts. Lean Extreme is a great alternative for suppressing cortisol too. Besides that, make sure you eat healthy and get your multi.

  7. I never used Reduce XT but the feedback is great i used "Driven Sports Lean Xtreme" and Crushes my Cortisol until my joints hurts or PP Endomax you can`t go wrong.
