How dangerous is raloxifene?

I'm seriously considering trying ralox for my pubertal puffy nipples. BEfore anyone jumps on me I understand completely that it might not work and that in the end I might be forced to get surgery, but I've heard of too many people who ended up with botched operations resulting in permanent chest deformity to go the surgery route without at least trying out some of the other possible options.

What I need to know is, how dangerous is raloxifene? I've heard it causes blood clots, are these extremely likely to happen? Has it happened to anyone on this forum? A blood clot in the eye sounds incredibly nasty and I'd like as much info as possible before I even think about touching the stuff.

Secondly, what about rebound once you stop taking it? Do I need to run letro, or another AI afterwards to prevent regrowth (assuming it actually gets rid of the puffiness in the first place)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
