tren/test pct

i would like some info on what will be a good pct.
400mg tren 500mg test weekly for 12 weeks.
also what will be good to take if i get signs of gyno. i have read that nolva will make the problem worse if its from the tren.

i would do Adex and Caber .5 mg EOD and ,5 mg E3D respectively throughout the shole cycle starting week 2
