This pic was taken of me in Hawaii back in Oct '07. I was over 180lbs, I think probably close to 186lbs if not higher, 18-19% bodyfat and smooth with no vascularity. I have no actual stats on this as I didn't have a machine to monitor any of it. Case in point, I was heavy, smooth, and overweight.
This pic was taken at the very end of April at 173lbs and roughly at 9-10% bodyfat after cutting since Oct '07.
I didn't use steroids of any kind. My supplementation was clean food, basics, and hard work.
I posted my Hawaii pic in my energy drink thread back last year and I didn't hide the fact that I was heavy.

I'm an endo. It is extremely hard. I think I held that condition for about a week, then gained some slight water/fat. I need to get back to that point though.

bulking plus I was drinking too much alcohol and that was how I was in college, esp towards the end of college. I had a dirty diet. My carbs were way too high. I'll be the first to admit. I had some decent muscle under all the fat I just was too stressed at the time.
I looked like crap at Hawaii on that cruise since I was so heavy. That's really what forced me to start slowly cutting to be honest.
I can't tell if my left lat is smaller or if it is because my arms are not equal height. Anyways, whatever.

Congrats on the transormation! Just comes to show what a good diet and training can do for you.
Next time some supplement advert is telling me I need Product X to lose weight/gain muscle, I'll kick myself and think of how you did it

I started focusing a lot of back width b/c in '06 some chic was saying something about my back, but my front looks better. I don't remember exactly what it was. This was the last semester I was in college so I focused on back width.
Lately I've been trying to gain some back thickness, more in the traps, and biceps.
I'm still not that big, but I'm happier being leaner.....not just for looks, but when I get into high body fat percentages, I was lethargic and felt like crap all the time. That was the biggest thing for me.
I'm trying to stay very lean until around Oct, then I'll clean bulk at 13-14% maximum until March '09, then re-cut again.
I think your lats are fine, just the hand thing like you said and camera angle.
I HIGHLY recomend DB rows for width and depth. I love them! always start with them now rather than deads which drain the hell outta me. also, no deads=no bulky waistline.
For traps, go with Face Pulls, google it. Theyre great.
Also width, straight arm pulldowns.
Thats some good stuff there, take it for a run.
