I think enough people saw my pics to draw their own conclusion that I am removing them at this point.

This is utterly ridiculous how I am being put in a doubtful/negative light and the steroids issue keeps coming up again and again.

People use supplements and steroids too much as a crutch. Anytime I see someone who posts a good physique the first question that comes up is: 'What supps did you take ?'

Then those same people go out and buy the supplements that that person is using. As if somehow it'll do something similar for them as well. (bandwagon mentality). Newsflash: IT WON'T, AND YOU JUST WASTED YOUR MONEY.

I agree though that steroids aren't muscles in a bottle or a magic pill. I've seen enough users who run cycles and still look bad and weigh in at 150lbs.

This took me 7 months of eating strict. I can't say I gained an insane amount of muscle, def. less than 10 lbs. It was more of a cutting up phase for me.

Hollywood seems to always gain muscle+cut up all the time. I can't gain muscle/cut up simultaneously. Even at being extremely strict, I'd only be able to make minimal gains. I am one of those people who has to do it in seperate phases.

btw, what is that avatar of ? that sketch of the face.

Rergarding the 300 thread, Gerard did exactly what you say you did, cut the fat/uncover muscle in 20 weeks.

Cutting 14lbs in 7 months isn't a lot at all. You don't have to 'live a bb'ing lifestyle' to drop a little fat...

No $hit. But you vehemently state that it couldn't be done in the 300 thread.

I do believe he dieted, however, I personally believe Gerard Butler was on steroids @ 38 yrs old.

I am 23 yrs old with 3 years training under my belt.

I would attribute all of gains to newb gains. It can be quite dramatic on an untrained body.

Vivica A. Fox would be a great example. She trained for 5 months, 7 hours/day for her role in Kill Bill.

She dropped 25-30 lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 4 and got pretty muscular in the process.
