If you believe it's him then give him props and ask questions.
If you don't then move on or show proof that this isn't him. Constantly coming back to question him because of a head shot is a bit much since most people here don't provide head shots.

It may or may not be him and quite honestly I don't care. Especially since he's not trying to use his transformation to push potentially dangerous 'ideas' down people's throats. He's saying it was diet and training and that he didn't get a ton of muscle but cut up the fat. Nothing too extreme...

No sweat, I just wanted to clarify. Some people dont consider these new designers "steroids".

What was your cardio/weight training schedule like?

How much weight did you drop?

And last but not least...must have leg pics. por favor.

futurepilot-

I began my dieting back in Oct '07 with a 30/45/25 ratio. c/p/f.

I did this for 4 months combined with high volume training and cardio approx 4 times a week. The high volume took forever to do and it was not a 'mass building' routine per se, but it helped burn extra calories combined with the cardio. High volume training was 3 exercises per bodypart, 4 sets each. 12 reps for each set. Weight training was done 4 times a week: Arms/Delts, Chest, Back/Traps, Legs. Same days as cardio, but before the cardio.

I always ran into a roadblock and I'd only get to 12% BF every time, esp with me being an endomorphic. I figured if I followed my ratios it would bring me down to shredded conditioning. Not quite.

So here I was with an increase protein intake, slight increase with fat, but still intaking carbs (low glycemic), but oats/sweet potatos, etc.

After 4 months, I stopped with the oats/sweet potatos, and moved into fresh veggies/fruits. I still kept my protein intake high and fat intake, however I started lowering my carb intake even lower, and splitting it up 50% throughout the day, 25% pre-workout, 25% post-workout.

On cardio/non-workout days, my carb intake was approx 50% of what it normally was otherwise else.

For the next 3 months, I did cardio 3 times a week, and lifted heavy 3 times a week. Chest/Delts/Tris, Back/Bi/Traps, Legs.

Cardio was always low-impact for 45 min @ heart rate of 140-145 I believe.

I didn't use a fat burner at the time, although I wish I did as it probably would have somewhat helped the process.

Once you get close to 10% BF it's all diet from there on out (for me).

When I was very heavy before, I shed off a lot of fat initially, then towards the end it was a very long process.

Got to sub 10% BF for the first time, drank red wine which is an old bodybuilding trick for vascularity, then took the pics which you see above.

Currently using the 3 way doggcrapp split for training. Carb cut-off @ 6pm. Protein is approx 200-210g. Carbs is around 100g-110g. (it depends).

I try to eat protein every other hour to keep a positive nitrogen balance.

I'm not 100% sure on my prior stats. Everything I stated earlier was a guesstimate to the best of my knowledge. I was steadily gaining weight in general until around Oct and getting heavier and heavier.

This is what I did as an endo.

I think that covers it.

Peak fat was around 186lbs.

Did you see any real difference between cardio after working out, to cardio on its own day?

Im doing something similar right now. Im doing as much protein as i can stomach. keeping my carbs less than 200 ED. And every few days ill either carb up, or not eat any carbs.
Seems to be working. I've been able to keep my size, but im steadily losing my gut.

Keep up the good work naturally bro. Your making great progress! If we could all grow "naturally" as you do, we'd have no use for any type of exogenous help.

I always did them together for time constraints. The only time I did cardio seperately on its own day is if I skipped it another day b/c I had to cut a workout short.

Let me know if you try it and see any difference.

9-10%? I'd wager ~7-6%; you're selling yourself short. Perhaps the "androgenic" look could have come from oxygen deprivation- I notice I assume the same crazy vascular look when I force the blood to rush to my head, but I'm pretty "veiny" anyhow. Could be a reason for whiting out the face, too.

Anyhow, you're straight shredded, nice job.

I don't see what is so hard to believe here.. You can clearly see he is not huge. He is pretty well proportioned, and is in great shape. Not like he posted that before pic, and for his after pic he is 190 and 9% body fat..

To go from a chubby 190+ down to a shredded 170-175, should not be that hard to believe..

You can't compare musculature, and vascularity of him at 20%, with a shirt on, standing there, to him shirtless, sub 10%, flexing.

Thanks. At the time I used one of those 'step on scales' that shows the weight/BF%. At the time it beeped @ 9.5% with a +/- of .5%, meaning it could have either been 9%-10% according to that machine anyway. That's where I came up with the stat.

I agree with holding your breath, I did that in the pic. I drank some red wine as well to bring out some vascularity.

Maybe if I said I stacked H-Drol(overdosed), Epi(overdosed),clen,T3,DNP,HGH,Ephedrine, and Yohimbe this would be more believable.

There is some serious Hatorade being passed out at the AM water cooler; respect the man, respect his gains, and move on. Even if he were an impostor, you'd be giving him credence by mentioning it. I highly doubt many people are that industrious enough to find congruent amateur-ish photos to perpetuate a lie on the internet.
