when u were on that cuttin down cycle with all those supplements that u talked about in ur very 1st post, can you post what ur schedule is like for when to take what supplement, if it's not too much to ask for. and also another thing, what kind of dressing do u put on ur salad to keep it healthy? LOL!!! OH NO.......A MAN CRUSH! I "M OUTA HERE! LOL, J/K! Im trying to put up some recent pics of the DAMAGE I have done in a 2 month layoff, but I have to resize them. Also I was going to start a new thread for my currnet cut, but I am stupid, and don't know in what section of the forum to put them in. i know you've heard this only 1,000 x now but WOW. Blown away by the results. This just goes to show what can be accomplished by self disipline, a good diet, and some hard work. I'm inspired now to really try harder with my diet and workouts during my cutting phase instead of my previous half-assed attempts. Great job man.

Initially I was losing a lot of strength, but I slowly started coming back, and I was eventually back up to my normal weights, but weighing almost 30 lbs lighter! I did not reach my personal best kind of poundages, but the fact that I got back to where I was at 30 lbs heavier, was AWESOME!

Ummm...they "were"!!! I've chunkasized a bit again, due to m overwhelming school and work schedule, but have decided to get back on track this week. I've had a 4 month lay off! I will post my pathetic current pics up, and I will let everyone witness my next tranformation as it is in progress. I am going to post up pics like every two weeks or so, so everyone can track the progress along with me.

You do not know how much finding this thread helped me tonight! I'm on my second day of a diet very similar to yours( mine's the traditional palumbo diet pretty much) and I feel like ASS. Great job and thanks for the motivation! Semper Fi!~
