Just wanted to share my progress over the past couple of years. I've come a long way.... This first pic is me during summer 2013..I was going off about 50g carbs a day... Weighing about 116...really light I know
From then till about November I gained about 15 lbs and was weighing somewhere around 130 with still a really low bodyfat. Then comes wrestling season.... Anyone who's been in a weight related sport knows what it's like. I was wrestling at 125 and had to not eat for about two days to make weight. That's what really sucked. I lost a lot muscle. In these next pics I'm about 5-6% body fat.
Since then I'm up to 140 with about 8% body fat
So overall I've gained about 25lbs in less than a year. I'm proud of my progress and hope to keep making them sweet gains...
