After couple of years without going to gym at all, I finally got myself back on track January this year. Thought to drop some weight (110kg at the time) but for some reason nothing seemed to work, dunno if it was age related thing (44 yrs) or something else, so I decided to build some muscle first and diet later. Here's my progress from February to August. If nothing else, at least there's some change in color Weight 110kg / 107kg
