  1. Beginning of cycle pics.


    Ok I figured I would start this with the pics starting my cycle of test cyp and dbol.
    I am 6 foot. 188 pounds. Started this cycle at 8.9% bf. I am excited to see the results after my post cycle.

  4. Hey thanks! I tried to get as low as I could in body fat %. So that way I would not be to high at the end of the bulk. I am not a body builder. Nor do I want to be. I just want to have a good solid muslce base and be lean and cut. I really want to get my delts, my biceps, and my lats a lot bigger. I have to travel sometimes for work and I have been really sure to get it all scheduled before this cycle and well after my post cycle. It is my first cycle and I am stoked about the results.
    I will also post my updates and general logs in this thread.

    C'mon face..... I think that above statement say your a bodybuilder.. And you know you want to be.. Don't deny it.

    ya that probably sounds like it. But my goal is now that I am divorced I am like a dog let out of the backyard and able to chase all the "cars" i want to.
    And being ripped sure does give you a whole lot more possibilities. ;-)

    Doesn't matter brotha man. If you put time, effort, and disipline into you body you are considered a bodybuilder.

    And ya I am glad i kick started it with dbol because my workout today was ****ing awsome! I felt like a beast in the gym.

  18. if not then I got a placebo effect like a mo fo! (there is no way it is a placebo effect now). Plus in general I feel great and happy go lucky.

  19. Welll today is the 3rd time that lift day on the cycle. I cant wait to get in. Once 5:00 comes I am getting out of here like a bat out of hell. Today is my shoulders day.
    On a side not about the gear I love it! Man seriously I have had some bull**** news and drama the past couple of days that but I have felt so good and **** that it has not affected me. I found out that my apartment complex is evicting me from to many noise complaints and I have 3 days to get out.
    Oh well. Atleast I move on one of my off days! :-)
    So far I have gone from 188 pounds to 194.6.
    My diet is exactly opposite from the "anything and everything in site".
    I stick to low carbs, lean meats, obviously high protein.
    I am going to wait one more week before I check my bf% again.
    the day before I started my cycle I ate the first piece of junk food since september. 1 donut. Other than that I quantum analyze everything that I ingest.

    6.6 pounds in 3 days!!??!! Damn.

  22. One thing I noticed was the recovery time. For as sore as I was yesterday (which was so sore I could hardly lift my arms above my head), I would usually be sore for several days. I woke up this morning and was not sore at all.

  25. So today I noticed the first little bit of bloating. Mainly around my belly. I am starting to loose the definition of my abs a little. However overall the bloating is extremely minimal. (I am only 6 days into the cycle).
    Strength gains in the gym yesterday were about the same as sunday. Although I am not near as sore as I was on monday after sundays workout.
