I am going to do this quick and dirty. I am just going to post the increase in weight since starting the cycle
bench press-20 pounds
incline bench presss- 15
incline dumbell press- 20 pounds (per dumbell)
barbell curls-20 pounds (I think I could have done more but the pre-made barbells only went up to 110)
dumbell curls -10 pounds (?!?!??)
And will update the rest later tonight or tomorrow as I just realized I am late to meet someone. OOOPs
I am finally starting to taper off on the weight gain. I have sat at 207 for the last 3 days. I was starting to wonder when that would happen. Tomorrow will be the end of the 2 week. I cant wait for the strength gains from the test. I still have several more weeks for that to happen.
today I got my weekly bf% checked. And I gained 5.29 lbs of muscle and gained .11 pounds of fat since last week.
Lookin good face. What other support supplements are you taking? This could lead to the eating portion. I havent pinned or taking hormones, but when i get in the groove of a cut then a bulk the same thing happens to me. If supps arent the problem, its problaby ur body used to the old eating habits. Try mixing some stuff up.
I am taking creatine, milk thistle, and waxy maize. I bought some iso mass gainer. Just so if I am coming up short on my calories a day I can drink some of that to ensure that I get that # of calories a day. I think it is probably that I cut for so long that my body is not used to consuming that much a day.
Did you try that butt shot roll on your a$$ thing? Did it help?

You pics looked decent, but you have yet to reach your full growth potential without the cycle. So why juice so early. Don't get me wrong not trying to judge your actions, but IMO, you could have easily went another +2 years with a solid bulk & cutting cycle prior to even touching a cycle.
However, you have started it, and I wish you the best of luck. As you may or may not know, the cycle on works with a solid post-gym plan. Make sure your clean food intake is up, and be you study/ and develop a post cycle plan. Many people come off the cycle and lose everything, due to them not cycling off properly, so they immediately do another cycle (which is bad IMO, unless they are competing)
Also, I see in your meal plan your carbs are WAY TOO LOW. Bump them up tremendously bro.

I think faceman has a good base, low body fat. All about what you want at that point in the game.
ya pinning my quad is a whole lot less painful
tomorrow is my last day of d-bol. :-( So I will be starting into the 5th week tomorrow. I am still looking forward to the bread and butter of this cycle to kick in its strength gains. Although I the strenght gains have been great so far. I am still at 210 pounds. Will get my bf% checked tomorrow.
Last week I traveled back to arkansas to visit for a week. So my diet was not like it normally is. I mean I still ate good but was not able to get as much of my protein from chicken breast and was not able to eat complex carbs all the time.
Was still able to work out.
Although my parents were like, "i think all the weight you lost left your waist on went to your face". ( water retention ) ;-) Ha ha . Oh well
