    Gym weight 167.2

    Leg day. Energy was incredible today, ate a nice breakfast before my supplementing today so I was able to jump to 1 1/2 scoops of alphamine. Not jittery at all and the energy boost is not diminishing one bit from continual use. :-) quick but effective leg day capped with some cardio and ab work. EPRO is definitely starting to show effects as I feel tight even in a carb loaded state.

    On a side note most people online really underestimate BF based on pics. So much "yo bro you're 10-12%" nonsense is always posted. You plan on getting tested with the Bodpod again after this run?

    Thanks for following bro! Yea I agree on the visual percent inaccuracy. I plan on getting one right at the end of the run or in the last week at least. Work takes a lot of my time so I will try. I'm hooked on them, better then saying "I added five pounds and think 3 of it is muscle"... Proof is in the pudding!

    I'll try to keep ya entertained bro my logs are usually pretty interesting. :-)

    Awesome. Getting a good source for BF checking and getting it pre and post is definitely nice. Great way to actually gauge progress.

    I will follow but don't always post a ton. So much nonsense happens in logs sometimes I just follow along for the ride.

Alright usually when I have a day off I get off my normal schedule to enjoy a night sleeping with the fiancť and yesterday was no exception. generally I will try to get at least three hours sleep before the shift though so I don't have to be up for 24 hours, today I had a fantasy football draft at 6PM and didn't really feel tired anyway so I skipped the nap. Alphamine serving two went down the hatch about an hour ago and I'm ready to rock! Really feel great but just incase I brought another serving for about 3AM if needed.

    I'm not sure if it's just me being a stim wuss or what but I took my first serving at 11AM today and I was feeling the energy boost til almost 6PM. :-)

    So far I'm loving this stuff!

    Supps
    2 Anebeta Elite with breakfast, 2 spread through out the day
    1 1/2 scoops alphamine before I leave for work and 1 1/5 scoops about 6 hours later
    1 agmatine with breakfast and 1 with my lunch at work about 8 hours later
    1 epro with breakfast

    Today will be an off day for the gym. I have to work about 11 hours today so I'll be going in here shortly. I will probably stick with the 3 days on 1 day off scheme that I have going right now. It helps to have extra time off the gym when working these long shifts. Not to mention I need that rest time for growth! I'm used to going about 5-6 days with no off day so this is going to be a nice change. When I get to time to recomp/cut I'll probably go back to 6 days a week in the gym using one day as a cardio ab day.

    When on cycle i go about two hours a day 6 days and for about was known for sneaking in on my off day. One hour lifting, 45 minutes cardio and 15 on abs daily. Right now I'm only going in for about an hour and fifteen to an hour and a half 6 out o 8 days so it feels good to get more breaks.
