Felt good bro. Usually don't mix legs with back but I had an incredible workout and left feeling wrecked!

Hanging leg lifts, decline weighted sit ups and weighted upright sit up machine. Some times throw in ab coaster. Thanks cel.

Doing abs for that long is the only way I can keep them.

That is amazing. If you want to make the Hanging Leg raises a bit harder, a gym pal suggested using the weighted anklet bracers and doing straight leg raises real slow and controlled. I didn't believe him it worked until I tried it haha, damn that was a good burn!

Will give that a shot. It's been hard to just do the normal leg lifts lately. When I was on cycle the ab workouts were amazing now I can't get as excited about them.

Haha abs can be a pain in the Glutes xD! But I found that Planks and weighted Planks make them more fun !

You are doing an amazing job in abs though, you have Punjabi-like determination and will power for them!

Hack squats are good stuff - just recently incorporated those into my routine. I've had ankle issues since high school soccer so Ive been getting into any sort of squat variation. Between split squats, front squats and these, my ankles have never felt stronger.

I'm about to hammer out a few Sunday morning sets myself before getting the canoe out for a day of paddling...

    Day 24

    Weight 169

Chest/tris. My joints were wrecked this morning and had some issues with an old back injury. It showed in my flat bench. After the 225 set I realized it wasn't going to be a good day to go heavy. Going lighter on flat resulted in an all around incredible day though even with my nagging joints and back.

Great job switching things up on the fly and proceeding to drop PRs on 50% of your routine! I'm impressed. Did you start the DAA yet?
