    Alright this was at 170.6 the other day. Decided to throw up my last day bulking pic. I'd say the 4 lbs was pretty clean! ;-). This was right before the gym so i had no pump going.

    Back. Straight wrecked my back. Switched back to pull-ups, lost some weight on em but they feel real good. My back felt wicked good today and the pump was unbelievable. I literally felt my back getting jacked up! Ten hour shift so once again got in, tore it up and got out. Feel amazing!

  15. Thanks guys, I really felt alive today. Daa and Abe were rocking for sure. Diet is in check and I'm feeling incredibly ripped and vascular. This is about to get real crazy I can tell. I'm thinking I'll have my 8 pack natty pretty soon which has been nearly impossible to achieve since I got off cycle.

  18. Day 35

    Off day. Got some way more then needed family time in today. Sleep a good 8-9 hours as well which is about 2 more them usual. Felt damn good. Still leaning out more and more each day. I'm noticing a good amount of chub coming off of my love handles which is where I usually put fat on first when I'm bulking.

    One huge difference I'm noticing is how vascular my arms and legs are getting. I always have a lot of veins showing but I'm noticing more and more veins each day. I can definitely say it probably is largely due to me leaning out but anyone who has ran shift is this something you noticed from it? I know in the past I notice that after a month agmatine really hits me strong too though so it could be all these things having the effect. In any case it's definitely nice to see.

  19. Excited to see the bod pod results man! I ran shift for 7 weeks with erase and daa, I am not sure exactly what it did. My wife is running it with alphamine and she looks good but I'd like to see what it does solo.

    That is truly the best way to judge anything is solo. It's hard to run anything solo with so many good stackable products out there honestly. I'm hoping for about 167-8 at around 11 percent body fat or better. ;-). I think it's possible just have to stay away from our bosses wife's treats she keeps bringing in! She is killing our diet with that bs!!! :-D

  33. 1 month stack review

    A little over 1 month in the books of this dream run folks. As I stated in the initial post the first four weeks was used as a bulking period and the last week has been maintenance or recomp. It was very successful in my eyes and I couldn't possibly ask for much more in a natty bulk for just 1 month.

    Pros
    Minimal fat gain while bulking
    Tightening
    Increased vascularity
    Strength increases
    Increased energy
    Mood enhancement

    Cons
    Sore joints

    I'm noticing huge increases in body tightening and muscle hardness. Even with the increase in weight. Bloat and fat gain has been very minimal with carbs being elevated. These results have mimicked results that I get from GDAs which is very beneficial in cost savings. I've noticed increases in vascularity as well and the pumps in the gym as well as out of the gym have been very enjoyable.

    Alphamine is still giving me a very good boost in energy and peace of mind which has helped me through a time of a very heavy and stressful work load. I'm cutting body fat while adding weight which has been very tricky for me to do natty the last few years. Coming up on the cutting portion of my cycle right now I'm very excited at how much more I benefit from this product.

    EPRO and Anabeta elite as a stack is really proving to be incredible when used in a lean bulk style run. My body has been very tight and muscles are very full and pumped at all times. I think this has also had a major impact in how vascular I have been. With the benefits from these products as well as agmatine in seeing veins in my chest and legs that I've never noticed in the past. In the last week I have dropped my cals to maintenance or just slightly below maintenance and it is really showing how fun the run is about to get. I could easily see me getting to the body fat percent I was at in my last cycle. That has me very excited because it's been nearly impossible to get that low even with making drastic cuts in carbs and keeping my diet incredibly clean.

    Let's see what this stack can do while used for cutting purposes guys!

    Good question and also tricky. I would probably have substituted dpol for the daa if I had to do it again. It may or may not make a difference but I enjoyed my dpol run.

  39. Sorry for the lack of updates broskis! Picked up my son Sunday and have been spending a lot of time with him being I only see him a week a month.

    Diet is near spotless and I'm shredding down way quicker then I expected! Haven't been in the gym in a few days but have been doing a lot of AB toning at home and push ups to keep a pump. Almost thinking about continuing this rest period as a short deload to keep me home with the family and give a much needed break before I get on test but I'm not sure, I'll see how I feel today after work.
