    Yea, funny you say that I rotate the two normally and am noticing I feel a lot better on barbell. Gives you more control and feels way better on the knees. Thanks brosef! Going to try to hit squats twice a week for now on. Especially with the cycle I have coming up. :-)

    I love squatting twice a week. If your up for it you should look into dc training, it got my legs to GROW! Im personally thinking of going back to it all winter while i bulk.

    Test e, dbol and cap off with sdrol. No point in throwing anything in on this one being I'll be cycling plenty down the road. I'll throw something like that in when test is no longer doing the trick.

    gotcha. gonna go 750 or keep it at the recommended beginer 500mg levels? im thinking of bumping to a gram for the last 6 weeks if im feeling better soon.

    I'm leaving it at 500 for same reason as above. Just don't see the point of bumping anything the first time around. I want to be able to still make good gains down the road not cash out the first go. My body gets to used to compounds. If I push limits now my cycles down the road with be trash. That's how I feel about it anyway.

    Holy **** thats almost twice as many hours that I work. *bows head* One of my ex-gf's dads worked at a car part stamping facility here in Indy for GM and he used to tell me a lot of stories. Thats some real work right there, fancy robot or not !

    Haha that's how my job is man. I don't know if you know what an EDM is but that's what I run. Alot of nights I only have to touch my machine MAYBE 3 times lol we have a lot of 3-4 hour cycle times. But there are nights that are hell.
