    Was a decent workout. I had a retarded painfull pump in my biceps. That TNE Smash is fukin legit... no pip this time. My gym got ALL NEW equipment and I am not a fan of the new cable stuff. The weights are retarded. I hate how there is no standard and every cable machine is different as far as weights. For example the last machine I would rope press 130lbs for 10 reps multiple times. The new machine is 42.5-35lbs 10 times. Its stupid that there is no industry standard and as a result you cant really go off a cable lift to measure strength. Now in my opinion the big lifts (bench, squat, deadlift and cleans to name a few) are a true measure of strength and in my opinion DEADLIFT is king! /rant

    This is already getting intense bro! I can't wait for the tren to kick in, I am extremely jealous! I was supposed to be doing a tren cycle this January but my source stole $300 from me and never came three with the gear. Kinda turned off by it so I sticking with the safer lighter DHEA isomers for a cycle ATM.

    I think you are going to kick start a little revolution on this site bro, if you get sick results I can see a lot of others following in your foot steps.

    Sucks to hear that about the source bro. I am getting nudes up tonight. I am seeing results already in my core and my shoulders. I can literally lift for 2 hours twice a day with this TNE.

    If this yeilds good results Im sure it will get popular here. Big gains, short recovery and more cycles a year? What's not to love?

    Did Morning Cardio of a HITT/CrossFit workout. It was brutal.

    I decided to switch it up and hit it really hard. I did Hams first for a change from the usual quads first. I concentrated on nice slow controlled movement with a hard contraction. Remember I am going for hypertrophy here.

    Seated Leg curls (4 Sets) 100x12, 120x10, 120x10, 110x13

    Stiff Deads (3 Sets) 135x12, 225x10, 225x8

    Squats 225x10, 225x8, 225x8, 185x10 (azz to floor... depth before dishonor lol)

    Leg Extensions 80x15, 90x10, 90x12, 100x10

    Leg Press 200x10, 10, 240x10, 10, 180x15, 180x15, 180x12

    Short sweet fast and it did the job.

    DD - is there a particular reasoning in pinning the no-estered test in your bis, or just preference? Do you feel IM injections in certain areas will disperse faster? I feel I'd just stick to my quads or delts for TNE, but the bicep injection is an interesting choice.

    Just experimenting man. I wanted to see what the pump was like after pinning 65mg in each bicep. Next Bi/Tri day I am going to pin quad or glute and see if the pump is different. Just curiosity and experiment, no scientific or logical reason lol

    Our other buddy started a cycle and didnt have an oral kicker so I passed on the feebie and let him take it to run for a few weeks. I am running the TNE SMASH for another week so I will be good. I am still technically running 30mg Anadrol and 25mg Dbol everyday plus the 75mg test no ester. So I will be good

    I had a long day at work and I needed some rest. I went home relaxed and got a solid 8 hours of sleep. I will be all refreshed and ready to hit the gym hard. I didnt pin any TNE because of the fact I wasnt working out. On another note.. my blood pressure was slightly up so I started taking hawthorne berry and some taurine to prevent the back pumps that will be coming....

Following common advice, the athlete will commonly inject a full 100mg of testosterone daily, a total of 700 milligrams per week. This is up to 40 times the amount produced by a normal male.

    As would be expected with a strong androgen, suspension can produce a number of unpleasant side effects. As with any testosterone product there will be a high rate of estrogen conversion. Estrogen levels in fact build very quickly with Testosterone suspension, which is probably the worst testosterone to use when wishing to avoid water bloat. Gynecomastia can also develop very quickly during a cycle, and in many cases this drug will be intolerable without additionally taking an anti-estrogen.

    Thanks man. Its a pretty interesting compound to use.

    My main concern and maybe some of the vets could chime in.
    1. With the high doses of TNE should I be worried about conversion to estrogen? I say this because Tren A is 5 times more potent when binding to the AR. this would make more free test that will get aromatized (theoretically) because it can't bind to the AR.

    2. I noticed some extra water retention last night and upped my exemestane dose. Should I just bump to 25mg? Increasing Formasurge is my other option. I might experiment on this.

    3. After TNE SMASH runs out on Monday (24th) I am using plain TNE. It will just be low dosed at 50mg. I want the TREN to really shine the last half of the cycle by keeping testosterone lower.

    Hit a deadlift session this morning. Loaded up 315 with 2 25lb chains and did 25 smooth reps in 5 rep sets.

    PM workout

    Deadlift AGAIN! 315x4, 405x2, 455x1, 315x4 (I had to do it again hence the second dose of TNE Smash)
    Neutral Grip Chins BWx10 , 10, 8
    Wide Grip Pulldowns 100x7, 80x10, 60x12, 60x9
    Barbell Row 135x10, 12, 10
    Hammer Strength Rows 130x10, 10, 10
    Machine Pull-overs 130x10, 10, 10, 10, 12, 8, 8

    Superset-
    DB Curls 40x8, 35x10, 30x12
    Bent Over Twist 25 (each side), 25, 25

    Alternating leg to chest crunch 50 reps each leg
    Leg raises 25 reps, 25 reps
    Side Crunches 25 each side

    Hit bis real quick, nothing crazy just a couple sets. The had a nice little pump from the back workout so they didnt need much. I couldnt resist doing deads again because they are by far my favorite lift.

    So ALL OF THE GEAR HIT ME AT ONCE! I have random retard strength from the dbol/anadrol. Extreme aggression/ mood swings (from happy to furious) from the TREN. I am horny as a pornstar from all the test. I am up 6 lbs and it is only day "4" not including my 2 frontload days. I feel Alpha as fuk and I am not just saying that... Guys at work have even asked what I was on already lol

    So far favorite cycle I have ever run. No negative sides except a little bit of bloat but I upped the exemestane. I attribute it to the TNE. After the TNE Smash is out I will be hitting lower doses of just TNE and probably space them out. I want to dry out by the end of the cycle but with the Dbol/anadrol and TNE for the first 10 days it is going to be hard to stay really dry. More to come guys hang tight. Pics are going to be nuts on Sunday!

    Keep in mind glycogen stores. I know you have an AI which helps with estrogen. But glycogen accounts for some weight gained (maybe 2-3lbs tops)

    Either way good work! Things are going to go up from here. Finally, I'm willing to bet your holding a lot of water from the TNE stuff aromatics very quickly

    Thanks guys. And Schwell- you are right I'm saying half of weight gained is glycogen storage if not a bit more. The TNE is definitely making me hold water and I can literally see myself start bloating a couple hours after taking it Haha.... I don't care it don't last forever.
