Was a decent workout. I had a retarded painfull pump in my biceps. That TNE Smash is fukin legit... no pip this time. My gym got ALL NEW equipment and I am not a fan of the new cable stuff. The weights are retarded. I hate how there is no standard and every cable machine is different as far as weights. For example the last machine I would rope press 130lbs for 10 reps multiple times. The new machine is 42.5-35lbs 10 times. Its stupid that there is no industry standard and as a result you cant really go off a cable lift to measure strength. Now in my opinion the big lifts (bench, squat, deadlift and cleans to name a few) are a true measure of strength and in my opinion DEADLIFT is king! /rant
