It begins: Schwellington vs Morry
So Morry and I came up with an epic idea ( well really it was his) we are going to run our own logs of our cycle and compete on composition changes and strength gains HCC will run the competition thread with Morry running his respective log
Now Morry has some advantages I don't- I'm staying legal he is not. Thus he has more compounds at his disposal
However I have some advantages too- Morry had an injury which set him back and is getting back in the swing of things I have been able to go full blast
1-10 test - 1 gram a week( I am prescribed testosterone)
1-5 SuperDrol 20-30mgs a day
4-10 epistane 60 MGS a day
T3 will e in there
Helios will be used as well as albuterol
Cycle does not begin til the 13thTest e/dbol/epi/winnie

Schwell vs. Morry
HC will start this log. Both Schwell and I will be running our own logs as normal. I'll link my new one in just a min so you guys know what I'm up to.....
Each week Schwell and myself will pop into the Schwell vs Morry log and upload weekly pics. Each person subbed gets a vote each week. HC will be tallying the votes and at the end, whoever has the best score wins. Loser buys the winner a bottle of HcGenerate for PCT and has it shipped to them in time for PCT.

hmmm, I doubt you're prescribed 1g/test per wk, so you're not exactly legal either, so might as well add some other stuff if you want. ;-)

Do you think t3+Helios+albuterol is a bit overkill? I am not saying it is, just seems like a lot.

T3/albuterol is similar to t3/clen so I see no issue. Helios isn't supposed to be as systemic and more localized. I'd say he'd be good if he watches his BP.

Tomorrow I will post pics I weigh about 218 @ 11.5%
My end goal for this cycle is 225 @ 10%
I will post all my workouts and diet for the day
Breakfast 2 servings 2%milk with 2 scoops whey protein isolate and 1/4 cup of walnuts
Meal 2 7 oz lean hamburger(no bun) with cheese and a serving of whey
Meal 3 1 serving whey with 1/4 cup walnuts
Post workout 2 servings whey
Meal 4. 4oz chicken
Meal 5 4 oz chicken 2 servings. Natty PB
I had to much whey today but I had class all throughout the day so I did what I could tomorrow I plan to eat a lb of lean beef a lb of chicken and 5 organic eggs with whey for breakfast and post workout only.
Chest and abs
Dumbbell press superset with barbell bench press
Abs weighted crunches( each set was superset with NO rest in between) 45 seconds rest
Cable flys super set with pushups and more weighted crunches
80x8x7 70x8 pushups x8x8x8 3 sets of weighted crunches
Incline barbell press each set super set with machine chest press and weighted leg lifts
185x7x6 145 x10 machine press 90 ( each rep I brought to chest then extended halfway brought it back down then fully extended) x8x8x8
Weighted leg lifts 5 sets of 8-10
Mixed up 1 serving whey sipped during 20minutea high intensity cardio
Now next week will be heavy barbell light dumbbell and I alternate every week
I have been loading my testosterone so that by the time Morry starts I will have reached peak blood plasma levels
I pinned 400mgs today
