Schwell... kind of funny, but you and Morry are build extremely similar, this is a perfect match up in my opinion, I honestly do not see a clear advantage to either party, it is truly going to be determined by who adheres to their diet/nutritional & exercise programs the best, again good luck to you both!!!

I do have a question... Uhhh, do legs count in this contest? You ain't nothing without some WHEELS Yo!!!

Hardly I've run much harsher cycles


My liver values are almost always ONLY slightly elevated with methyls, but the Cholesterol takes a beating for sure this cycle will be followed by 5-6 months off I plan on having bloodwork done at month 3 and then again at month 6 to see

Today was chest absolutely NUKED it

(all sets are super sets with NO rest between )
Bench press
265x6 x5x5 dumbbell press 60x8x8x8 weighted crunches 3 sets of 10

Incline press 205x6x6x6 superset with incline cable flys 50x8x8x6 more weighted crunches 3 sets of 10

Decline dumbbell press 70x6x6 60x6 superset with pushups 3 sets of five- last set I failed out, 3 sets of hanging leg raises (weighted)

Tryed doing dumbbell flys but the chest wasn't having it



Went back later and did 35 minutes cardio


Well tomorrow starts the SuperDrol


Diet was 3650 calories

400protein
175 carbs
150 fat

As usuall everything is a circuit and all super sets

Barbell rows 215x6x6x6 superset with underhand close grip lat pull downs 145x8x8x8 superset with horizontal delt raises 30x8x8x8

Tbar rows 190x8 235x6x6 superset with rear delt dumbbell flys 15x8x8x8

Wide grip pull ups bw x6x6x6 superset with lateral raises 25x8x8x8

Close grip rows 175x8x8x8 superset with 3 more sets of lat pull downs

Went back and did 35 minutes cardio

Just got done crushing an 8oz new York strip 2 eggs 2 slices of wheat and some breakfast potatoes- not the cleanest but not to dirty either

Superset with cable curls 3 sets of 8 at 40lbs

Leg press machine 350x8x8x8 superset with reverse grip curls 90x8x8x8


Leg extensions 3 sets at 230 x8 SS with 21's


Hamstring curls (laying down) 110x8x8x8 superset with tricep cable pull downs 130x8 120x8 110x8

Hamstring curls (seated) 75x8x8x6 superset with reverse grip pull downs 3 sets at 45lbsx 8

Skull crushers 60x8x8x8
Ss with calves and abs

No cardio today trying to hit 225 this week

It was an off day- in making some tweaks to things I'm stuck at 222 I want to stay lean but pack on mass SO

I'm cutting cardio to 3x a week
I'm cutting calls from 3700 down to 3400
Protein-375
Fat-150
Carbs-150

T3 will be at 40mcg a day instead of 80mcg

I weighed in at 222.3 this morning I want to hit 225 this week no more any more and I don't think it will be lbm

1-2 lbs of LBM a week is goal here

Today was a volume day with chest and abs a total of 24 sets on chest and 20 on abs


Did the entire chest workout backwards to

Decline bench press 250x7x7x7 did a set of negatives with 135 x4 ss with cable flys 3 sets of 8 crunches

Reverse grip bench press 185x8x8x8 ss with cable bench press 3 sets of 8 ss with more weighted crunches

Bench press
185x6x6x7 set of negatives ss with leg raises

Cable feline flys 59x8x6x7 as with more leg raises


Diet suffered today protein was only at 260 I'm out of money but have some coming to me tomorrow so this wi be adjusted
