I m about 200lbs and my body fat is in the 20's. I want to lose the fat around my chest and stomach while at the same time build a lot of lean muscle in my arms, shoulders, and back. what should my calorie, fat, carb, and protein intake be? and what should it be on non workout days? p.s. I have just recently started to workout again. THanks
