| Registered User | You didn't mention your current weight, that would help to calc. out your diet. I see that you count the calories and that's great. On a budget? It's funny but the staples of bodybuilding food are actually pretty inexpensive....and really bland. That's okay though cause there's lots of good recipes here and besides nothing tastes as good as being in good shape feels. Okay, current weight? |
