Thanks for reminding me Easy!!! I'll have to hit those up on my carb load day with some rasberry preserves jam.

Those pancakes are amazing for the nutritional profile.

So good you had to post it twice huh. :)

Scrambled eggs (liquid eggs) with tomato's, onion's, and mushroom's. 2 kiwi's, 1 banana, roughly a cup and a half of oatmeal, and twelve ounces of skim milk. Who says you can't eat good at the chow hall. :D Then I go back to my office and have some black tea.

today was

2 whole extra large eggs over easy (is there anything better on earth than getting the yolk just warm, then putting way too much salt on the egg, breaking the yolk and rubbing the pieces of white in it?)

2 slices of whole grain white bread
2 eggs worth of eggstirs with adobo con cumin
1/2 tbsp of omega 3 mayo

1 large banana

coooooofffffeeeeeee

remember kids, your body creates cholesterol from saturated fats, and creates almost all of your other hormones from that cholesterol. not enough saturated fats mean hormone levels go down.... ah egg yolks

you could simply make your own? How about this recipe. Make a bunch and put them in freezer bags (2 per bag) and freeze....take out and pop them in the microwave.....your good to go....

1/2-3/4 C cottage cheese
1/2 C oats
2 eggs
2tsp natty PB
splash of milk
splash of vanilla
dash of cinammon

MIX THE ABOVE IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH......THEN YOU WILL ADD...
a few chocolate chips or pieces of fruit. (put in after blended)

Spray pan with nonstick spray or a tsp of olive oil and pour batter in and fry 'em up.
Spread the pancakes with Natty PB, sugar free maple syrup or jam....etc...

very good....great recipe
