Yea this is good stuff. I make PB&J with this. It tastes good and I have absolutely no bloat/stomach issues from it.

you could simply make your own? How about this recipe. Make a bunch and put them in freezer bags (2 per bag) and freeze....take out and pop them in the microwave.....your good to go....

1/2-3/4 C cottage cheese
1/2 C oats
2 eggs
2tsp natty PB
splash of milk
splash of vanilla
dash of cinammon

MIX THE ABOVE IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH......THEN YOU WILL ADD...
a few chocolate chips or pieces of fruit. (put in after blended)

Spray pan with nonstick spray or a tsp of olive oil and pour batter in and fry 'em up.
Spread the pancakes with Natty PB, sugar free maple syrup or jam....etc...

very good....great recipe

1 egg = 133mg of cholesterol = 100% DV. I do 1 yolk, 5 whites to avoid too much.

Special K sounds so good right now! I've been carb free for about 5 days!

Keto= 3 fried eggs w/ cheese--~350kcals; lots of FAT!!!

All mixed together:
1 cup cooked quinoa
4 whole eggs
1 slice of cheese
some sort of veggie
cooked in olive oil

I'll often have fruit or yogurt along with it.
