or lunch or dinner? Word has it my breakfasts are too small, so today I went with:

a serving of special K and about 1C skim milk (110 + 80)
a 150 cal. yogurt with a tablespoon of flax seed
oolong tea

Thats about 2-3x what I normally eat for breakfast.

probably about 15g protein all together.

10 egg whites with diced onions and garlic is on the menu this morning, cottage cheese and fish oil!...Mmmm isn't dieting great!

Egg, turkey, cheese, and potato breakfast tacos. This is my last week before I have to start cutting so I am somewhat enjoying myself.

50g of cookies + cream whey with a sandwich from 2 slices whole grain white toast, a little less than 2 tbsp of sunflower butter, and 1 tbsp of no sugar added reduced cal raspberry preserves

5 large eggs, 1/4 cup colby jack cheese, 3 tbsps. heavy whipping cream all scrambled together and put in a low carb tortilla wrap. Yummy.

Those pancakes are amazing for the nutritional profile.

So good you had to post it twice huh. :)

Scrambled eggs (liquid eggs) with tomato's, onion's, and mushroom's. 2 kiwi's, 1 banana, roughly a cup and a half of oatmeal, and twelve ounces of skim milk. Who says you can't eat good at the chow hall. :D Then I go back to my office and have some black tea.

I got some of those Optimum nutrition seasonal flavors, and the gingerbread cookie absolutely ROCKS made with coffee

today was

2 whole extra large eggs over easy (is there anything better on earth than getting the yolk just warm, then putting way too much salt on the egg, breaking the yolk and rubbing the pieces of white in it?)

2 slices of whole grain white bread
2 eggs worth of eggstirs with adobo con cumin
1/2 tbsp of omega 3 mayo

1 large banana

coooooofffffeeeeeee

remember kids, your body creates cholesterol from saturated fats, and creates almost all of your other hormones from that cholesterol. not enough saturated fats mean hormone levels go down.... ah egg yolks

A lil' Org Chem ladies and gents!!! Round of applause for Easy :clap2:

1 cup of Egg Whites
2 slices of Turkey bacon (Godshalls, tastes better than real bacon and basically no fat at all)
2 slices of Ezekial bread (you aren't eating this? you are missing big time)
1 banana
Tea (coffee is kicking my ass)

you could simply make your own? How about this recipe. Make a bunch and put them in freezer bags (2 per bag) and freeze....take out and pop them in the microwave.....your good to go....

1/2-3/4 C cottage cheese
1/2 C oats
2 eggs
2tsp natty PB
splash of milk
splash of vanilla
dash of cinammon

MIX THE ABOVE IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH......THEN YOU WILL ADD...
a few chocolate chips or pieces of fruit. (put in after blended)

Spray pan with nonstick spray or a tsp of olive oil and pour batter in and fry 'em up.
Spread the pancakes with Natty PB, sugar free maple syrup or jam....etc...

very good....great recipe

today was 3/4 cup eggbeaters, 2 slices of white wheat preworkout, then....

a slice of pumpkin pie, 12oz of whole milk, and 50g of optimum nutrition pumpkin pie whey for postworkout :D probably 700-800 cal for the shake.

1 egg, 5 whites. 8oz 1%milk+1TBSP Natty PB+1 banana+1 scoop cytosport banana creme whey+3/4 cup rolled oats in a blender for 20 sec. A quick high cal breakfast.
