My lower back has been a serious problem for about 3 years now. I can no longer due deadlifts and my chiropractor says I should never be squatting again either.
My mri says I have 3 bulging disc L3, L4, L5, and also and a loss of water content in all 3 disc. Anyone have similar problem, how did you get over it? Does this mean I should stop squatting? Feedback.
