how are you spreading the dose? with meals too? the notion sounds interesting, the only time i tried high dose omegas was when I hurt my shoulder, and along with cissus, got me back into the gym, but it was nowhere near that dosage.

on days I work from home, 3 doses - breakfast lunch dinner, on days I go into the office (2-3 days) just 2 doses, breakfast + dinner

ok guys this really has me intrigued.
I'm going to have my buddy with poor eyesight (degenerative eye disease) start a regimen of 30g of fish oil a day for a month with before and after ERGs. Hopefully I can get a paper out of it. I'm going to be doing the same regimen and report my strength changes and anything else I notice.

Really? I will have to revisit that thread. Because that was a 14 week transformation.

Freezing them did help some with me, but it depends on how many I swallow. Higher doses (4 pills or so) still create a little nastiness, despite the frozen pills.

Walmart sells an Entric coated capsule. Pretty cheap too.. I think its like $10 for 300 caps. I don't get burps from them and I take 10 every night before bed.

Don't know if it came out on t-nation per-se. I remember he stated it in an online chat a few years ago. Seems like he was using the prohormone that Biotest had out at the time (forget the name), although he didn't publicy say he was using the prohormone during his Beast Evolves supplement list.

I have the Beast Evolves article printed out as I used to like T-Nation but lost interest over the years because of the hyping of Biotest and bashing of other products. Sadly I can't even look at T-Nation now as I get a Access Denied on my work computer. Guess they got porn or something going on.
