That time of year - healthy eggnog recipes anyone?

Oxymoron if there ever was one but I'm always no the lookout for a decent healthy eggnog recipe without the sugar and calories you get from store brands. Found the below that looks fairly decent macro and calorie-wise. Might be interesting to throw in a touch of snickerdoodle protein or the like to balance out a bit.
