Pumpkin Seed Oil for prostate? Will it affect T levels?

I can't find a doc that isn't an idiot and I'm still having prostate issues. I'm just told "You're too young to have issues." I don't want to seek out RC Cialis and stinging Nettle and Saw Palmetto both upset my stomach and surprise, surprise most of the herbs if not all of them for prostate can cause stomach issues, which I am very prone too. So now I am looking at pumpkin seed oil. By the way, Stinging Nettle has been giving me relieve but again it upsets my stomach bad.

Is this a doctor saying your too young? Are you using any androgens? Anything that is rocketing your DHT levels? You can pick up finasteride without a prescription if your want to hit your DHT hard... Thier *can* be side effects but for me personally i had zero.. I read every horror story on them and was like hellllll noooooo.. But i eventually just went for it. No issues and my prostate looks like it has re-shrunk. Its not overnight you need continuous low DHT levels for it to return to normal but it does. I tried Pumpkin seeds and also Saw Palmetto and they did nothing. I ran Saw Palmetto for months to. Zilch. Finasteride/Propecia hits the 5 alpha Reductase enzyme hard and stops test converting to DHT.. but.. You can also increase free Test but... Also slightly more estrogen. If your running an Androgen though you should have an aromitase Inhibitor on hand?
